摘要
目的:了解医务人员和患者及其家属对医务社会工作的认知和需求,为医务社会工作者进驻医院提供依据。方法:2015年10月,对北京市某医院医务人员、患者及家属进行问卷调查。结果:向医务人员和患者及其家属分别发放问卷182份和269份,回收有效问卷159份和264份。在医务人员和患者及其家属中,听说过医务社会工作的分别占47.1%和26.9%,表示了解或比较了解的分别占22.6%和6.4%,愿意去了解的分别占84.8%和89.8%,认为医务社工有利于减少医患纠纷的分别占66.7%和75.0%,认为目前医院需要介入医务社会工作者的分别占73.9%和89.4%,70.3%的医务人员同意在科室介入医务社会工作者。医务人员中除了解组与不了解组对医务社工的接受度差异无统计学意义外,对医务社会工作的认知度不同,其认可度、需求度、接受度差异均存在显著性(P<0.05)。结论:医患双方对医务社会工作者的认知有待加强,但均表现出较高的认可度、需求度和接受度;政府应完善医务社会工作制度,促进医疗机构积极开展医务社会工作。
To understand the cognition and requirement on medical social workers (MSWs) of medical staffs and patients. Methods Medical staffs and patients were sampled from one hospital in Beijing and surveyed with questionnaires in Oct. 2015. Re- sults For the sampled medical staffs and patients,the awareness rate of medical social workers was 47.1% and 26.9% ,respective- ly. The degree of understanding MSWs was 22.6% and 6.4% ,respectively. The willingness to learn MSWs was 84.3% and 89. 8% ,respectively. 66.7% of medical staffs and 75.0% of patients believed that MSWs can improve the doctor-patient relationship. And 73.9% of medical staffs and 89.4% of patients believed that hospitals should be involved in MSWs. There had significant differences of cognition, demand and acceptance for MSWs among different groups. Conclusion The cognition, requirement and ac- ceptance for MSWs among medical staffs and patients were high, which needs to be further improved by the government.
