医疗保险模式对流动人口居留意愿影响研究——基于人群差异性视角

Studying on the influence of medical insurance models on the floating population's intention to inhabitation in view of individual differences

基于2015年大连市流动人口调研数据,建立logistic回归模型,从人群差异性视角就医疗保险模式对流动人口居留意愿影响进行探讨。结果显示,流动人口的居留意愿并非一定随着参保而增强;城镇职工医疗保险具有"门槛"效应,能显著增强流动人口居留意愿;医疗保险模式对参保者居留意愿影响存在人群上的结构性差异。

Based on survey of floating population in Dalian City in 2015, the logistic regression model was established to dis- cuss the influence of medical insurance models on the floating population＇ s intention to inhabitation in view of individual differ- ences. The results showed that the floating population＇ s intention to inhabitation was not necessarily positively related with their insured activity. There had a threshold effect in urban medical insurance in China, which can significantly intensify the floating population＇ s intention to inhabitation.
