摘要 目的:了解受艾滋病影响中学生心理复原力现状。方法:采用青少年心理韧性量表(RSCA)对贵州毕节地区104名受艾滋病影响中学生进行调查。结果:受艾滋病影响中学生的总复原力水平得分为(80.24±10.52)分,5个维度的得分分别为,"目标专注"(2.72±0.66)分;"情绪控制"(3.44±0.79)分;"积极认知"(2.76±0.52)分;"人际协助"(3.44±0.69)分;"家庭支持"(3.70±0.64)分。性别、民族、同学关系、监护人等因素在复原力总分及其各维度上存在程度不同的差异。结论:毕节市受艾滋病影响中学生的心理复原力水平较低,对复原力的影响女生较男生、汉族较少数民族有一定优势,但年级、同学关系、监护人的影响趋势尚不确定。 To study the status of psychological resilience of middle school students influenced by HIV/AIDS. Methods 104 cases of middle school students influenced by HIV/AIDS in Bijie City of Guizhou Province were surveyed with questionnaire of Re- silience Scale for Chinese Adolescents. Results The overall score of resilience was 80.24± 10.52. And the score of five dimensions was 2.72 ± 0.66 for target focus ,3.44± 0.79 for emotion control ,2.76 ± 0.52 for positive cognition,3.44 ± 0.69 for interpersonal assistance, and 3.70± 0.64 for family support, respectively. The factors of gender, nationality, classmates and guardian were differ- ent in total? resilience score and its different dimensions. Conclusion The resilience was lower in middle school students influenced by HIV/AIDS in Bijie City of Guizhou Province ,in which the female or ethnic Han had more advantages for the resilience. But the effect of grade, classmate relation and guardian on the resilience was uncertain.
