摘要
目的探讨三步渐进护理查房在普通外科新护士培训中的应用效果。方法以2013年入科的15名新护士为对照组,2014年入科的14名新护士为观察组。对照组采用传统带教培训方式;观察组在传统带教培训的基础上,组织参与三步渐进护理查房。观察两组新护士入科1年后专科理论知识、技能操作水平和护理行为能力。结果两组新护士入科时理论、操作、护理行为能力差异无统计学意义,但经过培训,观察组新护士半年后理论成绩开始优于对照组(P<0.05)。入科1年后理论成绩、操作成绩、护理行为能力均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。在护理行为能力中教学与合作、计划与评估、沟通交流能力三方面更是得到显著提高(P<0.01)。结论三步渐进护理查房将理论与实践有益结合,形成协作团队,有效提升了临床带教效果,全面提高了普通外科新护士的综合护理能力。
Objective To study the application effect of three step nursing rounds for training new nurses of general surgery.Methods 15 new nurses were divided into the control group in 2013,and 14 new nurses were divided into the observation group in 2014.The control group used the traditional training methods.While the observation group used the training of three step nursing rounds.The professional knowledge,skills and nursing performance of two groups nurses after one year was measured and compared.Results The professional knowledge examination results of the observation group by six months training were better than that of the control group(P〈0.05).The professional knowledge,skills and nursing performance of the observation group by one year training were significantly higher than that of the control group(P〈0.05).Nursing performance in teaching and cooperation,planning and evaluation,communication skills of the observation group have significantly improved(P〈0.01).Conclusion Three step nursing rounds beneficially combined the theory and practice,then formed cooperative teams.It significantly enhance the effect of clinical teaching,and comprehensively improved the nursing ability of new nurses in general surgery.
