小剂量HB疫苗注射次数对产生HBsAb的研究

A Study on the Injection Numbers of HB Vaccine with Small Dose Inducing Organism to Produce HBsAb

本文进行小剂量HB疫苗注射次数对诱导机体产生HBsAb的研究结果发现 ,注射第 5针后 ,HBsAb阳转率为 83 5 6 % ,与大剂量 (10 μg) 3针免疫法的HBsAb阳转率 86 6 7%相接近。男性HBsAb阳转率为 82 0 5 % ,女性阳转率为 85 2 9%。注射 3针后 ,再继续注射第 4针及第 5针时 ,HBsAb阳转率均有所提高 ,但注射第 6针后 ,HBsAb阳转率仍与第 5针相似 ,由此可见 ,小剂量HB疫苗免疫预防注射 ,以注射到第 5针为宜。

To study the relationship between the injection numbers of HB vaccine with small dose and HBsAb positive rate, our studies showed that it has similar positive conversion rate between five times injection with small dose (83 56%)and three times injection with big dose (86 67%). Positive conversion rate of HBsAb in male is 82 05% and in female is 85 29%. The fourth and fifth injection can improve the position conversion rate of HBsAb, but the sixth injection gets the similar rate with the fifth. So five times injection with small dose of HB Vaccine is better.
