摘要
通过对2010—2014年的面板数据进行回归分析,发现综合声誉、人才培养、科学研究、造富能力、筹资费用等高校指标对校友捐赠的确有显著正向影响;而"985工程"高校也和校友捐赠收入显著正相关,这也从侧面反映出"985工程"高校的校友认可度高于其他高校。提高人才培养、科研能力、提高综合声誉,积极开展筹资活动可以帮助高校更好地开发校友资源,获得更多的校友捐赠。
Through the analysis of 2010-2014 panel data, we find that the indicators such as comprehensive reputation, personnel cultivation, scientific research, wealth-build ability and fund-raising costs have significant positive impacts on alumni donation; We also find that alumni donation income is positively correlated with the ＂985 Project＂ universities, which reflects the ＂985 Project＂ universities achieve higher alumni recognition than the others. Via ways of strengthening personnel training and scientific research, improving comprehensive reputation and raising fund actively, universities can better develop alumni resources, thus receiving more alumni donations.
