摘要
根据文献综述和"2014大学教师调查"的数据分析,建立了社会阶层背景-大学教师职业发展的路径分析模型,研究了社会阶层背景对大学教师晋升时间、科研产出、时间分配和职业满意度的直接和间接的影响效果。社会阶层背景对大学教师的职业发展存在显著的影响:社会阶层背景越高的大学教师,职称晋升所需时间更长,晋升速度更慢,科研产出相对越高,在科研与教学的时间分配上更偏重教学,在服务和管理的时间分配上更偏重管理,职业满意度越高。
Based on the "2014 University Faculty Survey" in Chinese and literature review, this article draws the path analysis and hypothesis development model, in order to analyze the influence of social class origin on faculty's development of academic profession. The empirical results suggest that social class origin has influence on faculty's time needed for promotion, research performance, time allocation and satisfaction. Faculties from the advantageous social level took much more time for promotion, performance much better in research, and took much more time in teaching rather than research, took much more on management rather than service, and got a high level of satisfaction.
