“互联网+”时代高校教学创新的思考与对策 被引量:201

University Teaching Innovation in the “Internet+” Era:Consideration and Countermeasures

摘要 互联网对高等教育的影响日益显现,慕课、翻转课堂等各种基于互联网的教学创新纷纷涌现,高校教学在教学场景、师生关系和教学过程等方面将发生巨大变化。互联网教学创新有助于增进师生之间的互动,更好地体现"教学相长,因材施教"的教学本质。在"互联网+"时代,高校教学创新需要学校、教师和学生三方面的共同努力:就学校而言,需要加大互联网教学软硬件设施投入,建立网络教学服务部门,改变教学评价体系;就教师而言,需要强化学生导向,加强互联互通,确立终身学习意识,提升信息技术和互联网教学能力;就学生而言,需要培养自我管理能力、信息处理能力和互动交流能力。 The effect on higher education brought by internet is increasingly obvious. With a lot of internet- based teaching innovation emerging, such as massive MOOCs and flipped classroom, university teaching is facing great changes at teaching scene, teacher-student relationship and teaching procedures. Internet-based teaching innovation helps to promote the interaction between teachers and students, achieve the teaching essence better, which is "to teach is to learn" and "individualized teaching". In the "Internet+" era, university teaching innovation entails the joint efforts of universities, teachers and students. Universities should increase input to hardware and software facilities of internet-based teaching, establish service sector for internet-based teaching and transform teaching evaluation system. Teachers should strengthen student -orientation, enhance interconnections, establish the concept of life-long learning and improve the ability of internet-based teaching. Students should cultivate self-management capability, information processing capability and interactive communication capability.
