立德树人,是中国特色社会主义教育事业的根本任务,是办好中国特色社会主义大学的立身之本,是培养德智体美全面发展的社会主义事业建设者和接班人的本质要求。加强和改进新形势下高校思想政治工作,必须坚持把立德树人作为中心环节,以提高大学生思想政治素质为根本价值取向,以加强师资队伍建设为关键所在,"因事而化、因时而进、因势而新",不断提升高校思想政治工作的能力和水平。

Khalid ents, is the basic task of education cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the foundation of running well universities of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the essential requirement of cultivating social builders and successors featuring an all-round development in morality, intelligence, physical and art. To reinforce and improve ideological and political education in colleges and universities under the new situation, we must insist on putting Khalid ents as a central part, improving ideological and political quality of university students as a fundamental value orientation and strengthening construction of faculty team as the key, make sure the correct educational method we choose based on different situation, teaching moment and trends of the times and enhance the ability and level of university＇s ideological and political work constantly.
