摘要
从分析大学生"精神缺钙"的表现,寻找出适合大学生"精神补钙"吸收的"钙质",从提升教师队伍综合素质、加强教材体系建设、创新教育教学平台、注重实践活动训练以及营造校园文化环境氛围着手,对大学生进行"精神补钙",实现高校教育育人的真正本质。
This paper analyzes expressions of spiritual "calcium deficiency" among university students, and looks for "calcium" that is easy for students to absorb. It is suggested that a comprehensive remedy should be implemented: raising faculty quality, choosing better textbooks, building better teaching-learning platforms, laying more emphasis on practice and creating a better campus culture environment. By supplementing spiritual calcium, we aim to bring about fundamental improvement in university education.
