摘要
《义务教育思想品德课程标准(2011年版)》引入了"公共精神"的概念,成为此次课标修订的一大亮点。与过去相比,公共精神在思想品德课程中的所指发生了一些重要变化,转向关涉公共素养、政治素养以及法律素养三个方面。这些变化激发了人们对初中思想品德课程教学从思维训练到实践行动的更多期待。
"Public spirit" was raised in the Curriculum Standards of Moral Education (2011), which becomes one highlight of that curriculum standards revision. Compared with the past, the reference of the public spirit in the ideological and moral course has some significant changes, which focus on public literacy, political literacy and legal literacy. These changes sparked more expectations on the transition from training to practice of moral education curriculum in junior high school.
