血浆对氧磷酶1在奶牛酮病中的变化及其预测作用 被引量:2

摘要 为了早期预测奶牛酮病的发生,随机选取黑龙江某集约化牛场,产后14~21 d奶牛为试验动物。通过对氧磷酶1(PON1)、葡萄糖(GLU)、游离脂肪酸(NEFA)、β-羟丁酸(BHBA)和谷草转氨酶(AST)的检测,阐明奶牛围产期PON1在奶牛酮病发生风险的预警作用。结果表明,酮病组较对照组奶牛血浆中PON1活性和含量显著下降。PON1含量、活性与GLU、BHBA、NEFA和AST均有显著相关性。根据受试者工作特征曲线(ROC)分析确定酮病预测值为血浆PON1含量〉46.79 nmol/L、GLU〉3.04 mmol/L、AST〈100 U/L、NEFA〉0.82 mmol/L。试验表明,PON1、GLU、AST和NEFA均可用作预测奶牛酮病发生风险的评估指标。 In order to predict early cow ketosis,postpartum dairy cows were randomly selected as experimental animals in Heilongjiang.Biochemical assay was used to determine PON1,GLU,NEFA,BHBA and AST to clarify the role of PON1 in the risk of ketosis in dairy cows.Results indicated that PON1 activity and level of PON1 were significantly decreased when compared with the control group(P〈0.05).The activity of serum PON1 and level of PON1 were significantly correlated with the level of plasma GLU,AST and BHBA.According to the receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC) analysis,the ketosis warning values of plasma PON-1 content is more than 46.79 nmol/L,GLU is more than 3.04 mmol/L,AST is less then 100 U/L and NEFA is less than 0.82 mmol/L.This study verifv that the levels of PON1,GLU,AST and NEFA could be used as indicators to predict the risk of ketosis for dairy cows.
