八味中草药对维氏气单胞菌TH0426生物膜形成的影响

Effects of Eight Chinese Herbs on Biofilm Formation of Aerornomas veronii

为了解中药对维氏气单胞菌(Aerornomas veronii,AV)TH0426株生物膜形成的影响。采用微孔板半定量法,研究五倍子、红花、黄连、鹿衔草、地榆、射干、姜厚朴及黄芩8味中药水煎液对AV TH0426株生物膜的影响。结果显示,低浓度五倍子、红花和黄连水煎液对菌株生长及生物膜形成均无明显影响;而高浓度五倍子和黄连水煎液可通过抑制菌株的生长来影响生物膜的形成,高浓度红花水煎液对生物膜抑制作用明显,且不影响菌株的正常生长;其余五味中药鹿衔草、地榆、射干、姜厚朴和黄芩对菌株的生长及生物膜形成无明显影响。表明高浓度五倍子、红花及黄连水煎液能抑制AV TH0426株生物膜的形成,具有抗AV TH0426株生物膜的作用,这将为从抗生物膜角度防治维氏气单胞菌提供有益参考。

To investigate the role of Chinese herbs on biofilm formation of Aeromonas veronii TH0426,the effects of 8 kinds of Chinese herbs（Galla chinensis,Carthamus tinctorius L.,Coptis Chinensis,Pyrda,Burnet,Blackberry Lily,Jiang Magrolia and Scutellaria） on biolfilm formation of AV TH0426 were studied by using microplate quantification assay.The results showed that there were no obvious effects on growth and biofilm formation of AV TH0426 with low concentration of Galla chinensis,Carthamus tinctorius L.,and Coptis Chinensis.The growth and biofilm formation of AV TH0426 was inhibited by high concentration of Galla chinensis and Coptis Chinensis.And the biofilm formation of AV TH0426 was inhibited significantly by high concentration of Carthamus tinctorius L..But there was little effect on growth of AV TH0426 with high concentration of Carthamus tinctorius L..While the other 5 Chinese herbs had no obvious effects on growth and biofilm formation of AV TH0426.The inhibitory effect on biofilm of AV TH0426 was significant under the conditions of high concentration of Galla chinensis,Coptis Chinensis and Carthamus tinctorius L.The result will lay a theoretical foundation for preventing Aerornonas veronii on the aspect of anti-biofilm.
