摘要
环境介质对于地下洞室混凝土的腐蚀将影响其耐久性。采用现场探查、测量以及取样分析方法,对宜兴抽水蓄能电站地下厂房洞室混凝土酸性腐蚀状况进行了综合测试与评价。结果表明,区内洞室局部混凝土已遭受了不同程度的腐蚀作用。可以把其分为3类:Ⅰ类为未受到(或极轻微)腐蚀;Ⅱ类为已受到较弱腐蚀;Ⅲ类为已受到相对严重腐蚀。同Ⅰ类相比较,Ⅱ和Ⅲ类的基本组分含量已发生了变化,即其中的硫、铁及碱性物质含量趋于增加,钙质则趋于减少;而在Ⅲ类的矿物相中,还含有石膏类次生矿物相。
The corrosion of environment media on underground cavern concrete will affect the durability of concrete. The on-site exploration, measurement and sampling analysis methods are applied to test and evaluate the concrete corrosion in underground powerhouse area of Yixing Pumped-storage Power Station. The results show that part cavern concrete has suffered corrosion in different degrees. The degree can be grouped into three levels: Level Ⅰ is not or slightly corroded, Level Ⅱ is relatively weak corroded and Level Ⅲ is heavily corroded. Compared with the Level Ⅰ, the content of concrete primary ingredients in Level Ⅱ and III has changed, that is, the content of S, Fe and alkaline substance tends to increase while that of calcareous tends to decrease. In additional, the mineral phases in Level Ⅲ still contain secondary mineral phase of gypsum.
