益气化瘀法对肺癌患者生活质量的影响

Effect of Benefiting Qi for Removing Blood Stasis Therapy on the Quality of Life of Patient with Lung Cancer

目的探讨益气化瘀法对中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者生活质量的影响。方法 102例中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各51例,对照组予TP方案化疗,观察组在TP方案化疗基础上加用益气化瘀方治疗。结果两组的有效率比较,无显著差异(P>0.05)。治疗后两组生活质量改善比较,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益气化瘀法治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌,可改善症状、改善患者生活质量,效果满意。

Objective To study the effect of benefiting qi for removing blood stasis therapy on the quality of life of patient with advanced nonsmall cell lung cancer. Methods 102 patients with locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 51 cases in each group. The control group was given TP scheme chemotherapy. The observation group was given benefiting qi for removing blood stasis therapy based on TP scheme chemotherapy. Results The effective rate of the two groups was compared,and there was no significant difference（ P 0. 05）. The improvement on quality of life of the observation group was better than that of the control group after treatment（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion The benefiting qi for removing blood stasis therapy in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer can improve symptoms and quality of life,and the effect is satisfied.
