扶阳通经疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究

Clinical Research on Strengthening Yang-qi and Dredging Meridian Therapy in the Treatment of Prolapse of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc

目的观察扶阳通经疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将100例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为2组,每组50例,治疗组予扶阳通经疗法,对照组予普通针刺加电针,每日1次,10天为一个疗程,分别治疗前后进行疗效判定。结果两组患者治疗后VAS评分(u=14.14>2.58,P<0.01)、愈显率和治愈率(χ~2=6.06>3.84,P<0.05,χ~2=10.67>6.63,P<0.01)均有统计学意义。结论扶阳通经疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症能改善临床症状及体征,提高有效率和痊愈率,值得推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of strengthening yang-qi and dredging meridian therapy in the treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc. Methods 100 cases of patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc were randomized into treatment group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The treatment group was given strengthening yang-qi and dredging meridian therapy. The control group received conventional acupuncture and electric acupuncture, once a day, and 10 days was a course of treatment. The clinical effect of two groups was compared. Results The VAS scores （ u = 14.14 〉 2.58, P 〈 0. 01 ） , the markedly effective rate and the cure rate （X2 = 6.06 〉 3.84, P 〈 0. 05, x2 = 10. 67 〉 0. 05, P 〈 0. 01 ） of two groups after treatment were statistically significant. Conclusion The strengthening yang-qi and dredging meridian therapy in the treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc can improve clinical symptom and sign, improve the effective rate and the cure rate, and is worthy of promotion.
