两种药物联合治疗小儿疱疹性口腔炎临床分析

Clinical Analysis on Two Drugs in the Combined Treatment of Infantile Herpetic Stomatitis

目的分析热毒宁注射液联合阿糖腺苷治疗小儿疱疹性口腔炎效果。方法选取本院2015年4月—2016年4月治疗的85例疱疹性口腔炎患儿予以回顾性分析,根据治疗时不同的方案分为对照组与研究组,前者40例予阿糖腺苷治疗,后者45例联合热毒宁注射液治疗,比较两组临床症状改善及不良反应。结果研究组口腔疼痛消退、口腔疱疹消退、体温恢复正常时间均比对照组短,比较差异显著,具有统计意义(P<0.05);对照组40例患儿中3(7.50%)例出现恶心呕吐,2(5.00%)例出现皮疹,研究组45例患儿中无一例出现明显不良反应。结论疱疹性口腔炎行热毒宁注射液联合阿糖腺苷治疗,可有效改善患儿临床症状,且安全性高。

Objective To analyze the effect of Reduning injection combined with vidarabine in the treatment of infantile herpetic stomatitis.Methods Data of 85 cases of children with herpetic stomatitis in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2016 was retrospectively analyzed.According to the different schemes,they were divided into control group and study group. 40 cases in the control group were treated by vidarabine. 45 patients in the study group were treated with Reduning injection. The improvement on clinical symptoms and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The oral pain subsided,oral herpes subsided and body temperature recovery time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）. The adverse reaction of the study group was less than that of the control group,and the difference statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Reduning injection combined with vidarabine in the treatment of infantile herpetic stomatitis can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,and has high safety.
