健脾化痰活血汤加减治疗酒精性脂肪肝68例

Modified Jianpi Huatan Huoxue Decoction in the Treatment of Alcoholic Fatty Liver for 68 Cases

目的观察健脾化痰活血汤对酒精性脂肪肝的治疗效果。方法选取我院消化内科2014年1月—2015年6月收治的135例酒精性脂肪肝患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予健脾化痰活血汤治疗。疗程结束后观察两组患者综合疗效、肝功能变化及甘油三酯含量。结果观察组总有效率为83.82%,明显高于对照组的65.67%(P<0.05),对肝功能的改善和甘油三酯的减低效果也优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健脾化痰活血汤可通过促进肝脏蛋白质的合成、降低甘油三酯含量、保肝护肝等作用治疗酒精性脂肪肝,值得临床使用。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Jianpi Huatan Huoxue decoction in the treatment of alcoholic fatty liver. Methods A total of 135 cases of alcoholic fatty liver patients in department of gastroenterology of our hospital from January 2014 to 2015 June were divided into control group and observation group. Patients in control group were treated with polyene phosphatidylcholine. On the basis of the control group,the observation group was given Jianpi Huatan Huoxue decoction. After the course of treatment,the therapeutic effect,liver function and triglyceride content of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 83. 82%which was significantly higher than that 65. 67% the control group（ P 〈0. 05）,the improvement of liver function and the effect of triglyceride reduction the observation group was better than that of the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Jianpi Huatan Huoxue decoction in treatment of alcoholic fatty liver through the promotion of liver protein synthesis, reduce the content of glycerol, the hepatoprotective effects,and is worthy of clinical use.
