解郁丸治疗轻、中度产后抑郁症临床疗效观察

Observation on Clinical Therapeutic Effect of Jieyu Pills in the Treatment of Mild and Moderate Postpartum Depression

目的观察解郁丸治疗轻、中度产后抑郁症的临床疗效及不良反应。方法将48例轻、中度产后抑郁症患者随机分为解郁丸组24例和氟西汀组24例,用药4周,观察治疗前后HAMD量表、疗效评定及安全性。结果解郁丸较氟西汀治疗轻、中度产后抑郁症疗效相当且不良反应少。结论解郁丸治疗轻、中度产后抑郁安全有效。

Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect and side effect of Jieyu pills in the treatment of mild and moderate postpartum depression. Method 48 patients were randomized into Jieyu pill group（ 24 patients） and fluoxetine hydrochloride group（ 24 patients）.They were treated with for 4 weeks. The HAMA scale was observed,and the clinical therapeutic effect and side effect were evaluated.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in clinical therapeutic effect. But Jieyu pill group had fewer side effects.Conclusion Jieyu pills in the treatment of mild and moderate postpartum depression are safe and effective.
