补中益气汤联合化疗对非小细胞肺癌血清VEGF和TGF-α水平的影响分析

Analysis on the Effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with Chemotherapy on Serum VEGF and TGF-levels in Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

目的观察补中益气汤联合化疗用于非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的治疗效果。方法回顾性选取我院中西医结合肿瘤科2012年4月—2015年10月收治的非小细胞肺癌患者81例,分为化疗组和联合组,化疗组给予NP方案治疗,联合组在化疗组的基础上给予补中益气汤加减。疗程结束后观察两组疗效以及治疗前后患者血清中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和转化生长因子-α(TGF-α)的含量。结果联合组治疗的有效率和稳定率分别为65.86%和82.93%,明显高于化疗组的42.50%和62.50%(P<0.05),治疗后联合组患者血清中VEGF和TGF-α含量也明显低于化疗组(P<0.05)。结论补中益气汤加减可通过抑制肿瘤细胞、增强机体免疫力、保护正常组织等作用提高NSCLC的治疗效果。

Objective To observe the theraprutic effect of Buzhong Yiqi decoction combined with chemotherapy on non-small cell lung cancer treatment. Methods Retrospectively selecting 81 cases of patients with non small cell lung cancer（ NSCLC） in our hospital from April2012 to October 2015,patients were divided into chemotherapy group and combination group. The chemotherapy group received NP regimen.The combination group was given modified Buzhong Yiqi decoction on the basis of the chemotherapy group. At the end of the course of treatment,the therapeutic effect,the content of vascular endothelial growth factor（ VEGF） and transforming growth factor alpha（ TGF-α）were observed in the two groups before and after treatment. Results The effective rate and the stable rate of the combination group was65. 86% and 82. 93%,respectively,which was significantly higher than 42. 50% and 62. 5% of the chemotherapy group,respectively（ P〈 0. 05）. After treatment,the serum of the patients with VEGF and TGF-αcontent of the combination group was significantly lower than that of the chemotherapy group（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Modified Buzhong Yiqi decoction improved the therapeutic effect of NSCLC by reducing inhibition of tumor cells,enhancing the body immunity and protecting normal tissue effects can be used to improve the treatment effect.
