穴位埋线在围绝经期综合征患者中的应用观察

Observation on the Application of Acupoint Catgut Embedding Therapy in Perimenopausal Syndrome Patients

目的研究穴位埋线对围绝经期综合征患者Kupperman评分的影响,为临床治疗围绝经期综合征提供参考。方法选取我院围绝经期综合征患者97例,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组49例患者采用背俞穴为主埋线治疗,对照组48例患者采用背俞穴为主针刺治疗,对比两组治疗前后Kupperman评分。结果治疗后观察组和对照组Kupperman评分均较治疗前明显改善,且观察组的Kupperman评分优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论穴位埋线能显著改善围绝经期综合征患者Kupperman评分,值得推广应用。

Objective To study the effect of acupoint catgut embedding on Kupperman score in perimenopausal syndrome patients,and to provide reference for clinical treatment of climacteric syndrome. Methods A total of 97 patients with menopausal syndrome in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group（ 49 cases） and control group（ 48 cases）. The observation group was treated by back-shu acupoints catgut embedding therapy,and the control group used the acupoint acupuncture therapy. Kupperman scores were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment,the Kupperman score of the observation group and the control group were significantly improved than before treatment,the Kupperman score of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was significant（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Acupoint catgut embedding therapy can significantly improve the Kupperman score in perimenopausal syndrome patients,and it is worthy of popularization and application.
