肿瘤细胞能量代谢的特点及调控机制 被引量:9

摘要 与正常细胞相比,肿瘤细胞具有无限复制潜能、凋亡抵抗、屏蔽抗生长信号、持续血管生成、组织侵袭转移等能力。而支持以上肿瘤细胞特性所需的微环境需要、能量供给和代谢通路即是肿瘤特性研究的核心,肿瘤细胞能量代谢特征性表现为有氧糖酵解,即Warbuerg效应。在能量代谢调控中,需要限速酶或关键酶的参与,特别是在缺氧诱导因子参与的酸性环境情况下,各个酶的促瘤作用需要引起重视。当然,在肿瘤代谢调控中的癌基因同样扮演着重要角色。 Compared with normal cells, tumor cells have unlimited replication potential, apoptosis resistance, shielding antigrowth signal, angiogenesis,invasion and metastasis ability. The microenvironment required to support the needs of the above tumor cell features, energy supply, and metabolic pathways is the core of tumor characteristics research. Studies have shown that tumor cells energy metabolism characteristic is aerobic glycolysis, namely Warbuerg effect. In energy metabolism regulation, rate-limiting enzyme or key enzymes are really indispensable, especially under the condition of hypoxia inducing factors involved in acid environment, the various enzymes' effect on promoting tumor needs calls for due attention. Of course, in the metabolic regulation of tumor cancer gene also plays an important role.
