硬脊膜缝合修补的研究现状

Current Research Status of Suture Repair of Dural Rupture

硬脊膜是由致密结缔组织构成,厚而坚韧,位于椎管内包裹着脊髓,对脊髓有保护、支持作用。由于外伤、外科手术等原因导致硬脊膜破裂时,需要对硬脊膜破裂口进行及时的修补,以防止脑脊液漏、感染、坠积性肺炎等并发症,缩短患者卧床时间,更利于患者康复。硬脊膜破裂的修补方法较多,但缝合修补以其廉价、排斥反应小、粘连刺激神经反应较轻等特点仍是最常用也最可靠的修补方式。目前,国内外对于缝合修补的方法及所用的缝合材料尚无统一的标准。

Spinal dura mater is composed of dense connective tissue, thick and tenacious, located in the spinal canal wrapped around the spinal cord. It can provide protection and support for spinal cord. Due to trauma, surgical operation and other reasons leading to the rupture of spinal dura mater,we need to repair the catheter fracture timely in order to prevent leakage of cerebrospinal fluid,infection, hypostatic pneumonia and other complications, reduce the patient bed time, which are more conducive to the recovery. There are plenty of measures to repair the dural rupture, but the suture repair is still the most commonly used and most reliable method due to its features of cheap, small rejection,light stimulated neural responses etc. At present, there is no uniform standard for the methods of suture repair and the suture materials.
