左西替利嗪联合非索非那定对慢性荨麻疹患者血清IgE的影响

Effect of the Combination of the Cetirizine and Fexofenadine Tablets on Serum IgE in Patients with Chronic Urticaria

目的探讨左西替利嗪联合非索非那定对慢性荨麻疹患者血清免疫球蛋白E(IgE)的影响。方法将2013年5月至2014年4月在延安大学附属医院就诊的慢性荨麻疹患者84例采用随机数字法分为观察组和对照组,各42例。观察组患者口服盐酸左西替利嗪片,每次5 mg,每日1次,每晚服用,同时口服盐酸非索非那定片,每次60 mg,每日2次,连续服药4周;对照组口服盐酸左西替利嗪片,用法同观察组,连续服药4周。对两组患者治疗前后血清IgE水平及临床疗效进行评估。结果治疗后,观察组患者IgE水平低于对照组[(137±21)kU/L比(244±25)kU/L](P<0.01)。观察组总有效率高于对照组[90.4%(38/42)比54.8%(23/42)](P<0.05)。结论左西替利嗪联合非索非那定可显著降低慢性荨麻疹血清IgE水平,对慢性荨麻疹有确切疗效。

Objective To study the effect of the combination of the cetirizine and fexofenadine tablets on serum immu- noglobulin E（IgE） in patients with chronic urticaria. Methods A total of 84 patients with chronic urticaria admitted to Yan＇an University Affiliated Hospital from May 2013 to Apr. 2014 were divided into an observation group and a control group,42 cases each. The observation group was given oral levocetirizine tablets ,5 mg per time, once every night, plus oral administration of fexofenadine hydroehloride tablets, 60 mg per time, 2 times a day, continuously for 4 weeks ; the control group was treated with hydrochloric acid left eetirizine tablets, usage same as the observation group, continuously for 4 weeks. The serum IgE levels and clinical efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment were evaluated. Results After treatment, IgE level of the observation group was lower than the control group [ （137±21 ） kU/L vs （244±25 ） kU/L] （P 〈0. 01 ）. Total effective rate of the observation group was higher than the control group [ 90. 4% （38/42） vs 54. 8% （23/42） ] （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Left cetirizine joint fexofenadine can significantly reduce chronic urticaria serum lgE levels, and has exact effect for chronic urticaria.
