潜阳合剂治疗围绝经期高血压临床观察

Clinical Observation for Treatment of Perimenopause Hypertension by Qianyang Mixture

目的观察潜阳合剂治疗围绝经期高血压的临床疗效。方法将80例围绝经期高血压患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例。2组均口服苯磺酸氨氯地平片,每次1片,每日1次。治疗组并予潜阳合剂,每次35 m L,每日2次,饭后1 h口服。2组均治疗12周。观察2组血压、心率、性激素水平变化情况,评定中医证候疗效。结果治疗组治疗后心率、日均血压水平、清晨血压水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后雌二醇水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为92.5%(37/40),对照组为80.0%(32/40),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论潜阳合剂可降低围绝经期高血压患者血压、心率水平,并能调节激素水平,改善中医证候。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Qianyang Mixture for the treatment of perimenopause hypertension. Methods Eighty cases of perimenopause hypertension patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The two groups were given Amlodipine Besylate Tablets for oral taking, one tablet each time, once a day. The treatment group was treated with Qianyang Mixture, 35 m L for each time, twice a day, 1 h after meal. Course of treatment was 12 weeks. The changes of blood pressure, heart rate and sex hormone level of patients in both groups were observed, and efficacy of TCM syndrome were evaluated. Results After treatment, the heart rate, average daily blood pressure and morning blood pressure of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group, with statistical significance（P〈0.05）; After the treatment, the levels of estradiol in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The total effective rate was 92.5%（37/40） in the treatment group and 80.0%（32/40） in the control group, with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Qianyang Mixture can obviously reduce blood pressure and heart rate of patients with perimenopause hypertension, and can regulate hormone levels, improve TCM symptoms.
