从中医“木旺侮金”与肠源性内毒素血症探讨肝肺二脏病理传变

Discussion on Pathological Changes of Liver and Lung from “Wood Becomes Prosperous and Restricts Metal” and Intestinal Endotoxemia

"木旺侮金"是中医对肝肺二脏病理联系的解释,肝木升发太过或肝火上炎、肝阳上亢均可传变至肺,致肺失肃降、肺阴亏虚。西医学的肠源性内毒素血症致肝肺损伤同样存在肝病传肺的病理机制。本文通过比较中西医学对肝肺二脏关系的不同理解,阐述"木旺侮金"科学内涵,为临床肝肺综合征提供理论依据。

＂Wood becomes prosperous and restricts metal＂ is the TCM explanation for pathological link of liver and lung. Liver（wood） ascending excessively or inflammation in the liver, and liver yang can be transmitted to the lung, causing loss of purifying and descending and lung yin deficiency. Intestinal endotoxemia in Western medicine causing liver and lung damage also has the pathological mechanism of liver diseases transmitting to lung. This article expounded the scientific connotation by comparing the different understanding of the relation between liver and lung in TCM and Western medicine, with a purpose to provide theoretical basis for clinical hepatopulmonary syndrome.
