摘要
本文使用世界银行《全球金融包容数据库》最新数据,对中国金融包容现状进行国际比较,研究发现:虽然中国金融包容的各项指标有所提高,但金融服务在不同社会群体的分布极不均衡。一方面,金融包容的发展需要政府的引导以及金融机构的积极参与,政府应通过有效的制度安排激励金融机构开展包容性金融服务;另一方面,金融机构必须从战略上重视金融包容为自身可持续发展带来的机遇,通过产品和服务模式创新实现低成本、高质量的金融服务供给。
This paper uses the latest data of World Bank's Global Findex Database to analyze the status of China's financial inclusion development and compares it with that of other countries. The results show that: although indicators of China's financial inclusion have improved,the distribution of financial services in different social groups is extremely uneven. The development of financial inclusion needs the guidance of the government and the active participation of financial institutions. On the one hand,the government should stimulates financial institutions to provide inclusive financial services through effective institutional arrangements. On the other hand,financial institutions must pay more attention to the opportunities brought by financial inclusion for their sustainable development and financial institutions should provide high quality and low cost financial services through product and service model innovation.
