西部地区义务教育“成长性均衡”发展的三个阶段

摘要 指出了新中国成立以来,随着我国教育事业的起步和发展,义务教育得到缓慢的恢复并开始了艰难的探索,经历了一个很长的发展历程。西部地区义务教育作为全国义务教育发展的一部分,与全国的义务教育均衡发展以及农村教育和民族教育既有重叠之处,也有特殊的地方,其发展历程大致可以划分为3个阶段:潜伏式发展期、探索式发展期和攻坚式发展期。 Thispaper pointed out thatsince the founding of new China, with the start and development of China's edu- cation, the compulsory education has been slowly recovered and began a difficult exploration, which underwent a long history of development. As a part of the national compulsory education, the compulsory education in the western re- gion not only overlapswith the balanced development of compulsory education in the whole country and rural educa- tion and national education, but also distinguishes itself. The development process can be roughly divided into the fol- lowing three stages: development period, exploratory development period and crucial development period.
