摘要 某ZG0Cr14Ni5Mn2Cu不锈钢支座铸件在前期生产中出现缩孔缺陷,采用JSCAST软件对其凝固过程进行数值模拟的结果与生产结果一致。为此对铸件部分尺寸和浇冒系统进行了改进,提高铸件厚大部位的补缩能力。改进后工艺方案数值模拟结果显示该方案不会造成缩孔缺陷。在此基础上成功地改进了工艺,获得了质量合格的铸件。 The shrinkage defects occurred in the ZGOCr14Ni5Mn2Cu stainless steel support castings during early production, and the numerical simulation result by the JSCAST software was the same as the production result. So the casting part size and the pouring system were improved, which advanced the filling ability of the thick part of the casting. And the numerical simulation result of the improved process plan shows that no shrinkage defects occurred in the casting. On the basis of the result, the process was improved successfully and qualified castings were obtained.
