利用先进分析仪器对蝶阀铸件气孔产生的原因进行分析。在实际生产中采用了以下措施,彻底消除了气孔缺陷:随时监控原砂和再生砂的温度、湿度,以此调整固化剂的用量;控制熔炼新料和返回料的配比,使用专业除渣剂;控制熔炼温度和浇注温度。
The advanced analytical instruments were used to analyze the blowholes of the butterfly valve casting. In thepractical production, the blowholes were eliminated by using the measures as follows: monitoring the temperature and humidity of the original sand and recycled sand at any time to adjust the amount of hardener, controlling the distribution of new materials and return material and using the professional cleaner agent measures, and controlling the melting temperature and pouring temperature.
