摘要
吊环为石油钻机提升系统关键零部件之一,产品要求按API 8C钻井和采油提升设备规范进行超声探伤检测,质量达到PSL2级标准。从冒口、浇注系统、冷铁等工艺要素入手,利用铸造CAE数值模拟,优化了铸件的工艺方案,解决了吊环铸件存在的疏松缺陷,提高了生产效率。
The lifting ring is the one of key parts of the oil drilling rig hoisting system, which requires ultrasonic inspection and casting quality meets the standard API 8C Drilling and Production Hoisting Equipment Specification PSL2. Based on process factors such as riser, gating system, and chill, etc. and by using casting CAE simulation, the casting process was optimized and the porosity of the casting was solved, and production efficiency was improved.
