济南市2003—2015年媒介生物驱避剂获证登记试验分析

Laboratory efficacy test and future of vector repellents in Jinan, 2003-2015

目的了解分析济南市13年来接收检测的驱避剂现况与特点。方法收集并筛选2003—2015年接收检测的驱避剂样品,调查样品数量、有效成分及其浓度。结果驱避剂的获证登记检测呈现周期性发展,以避蚊胺等化学合成驱避剂为主;以驱蚊液和驱蚊露为主要剂型。结论驱避剂具有巨大的市场发展潜力,应进一步加强安全环保、驱避时间长的植物源驱避剂的研发。同时,相关的药效试验方法及评价标准尤待建立或修订。

Objective We analyze the current situation and development characteristics of repellent in Jinan for 13 years. Methods Collected and selected repellent from all public health insecticides during 2003 to 2015, and we investigated the amount, active ingredient and concentration. Results The number of repellent was on periodic development. Chemical repellents were the main active ingredients. Liquid repellents were the main formulation. Conclusion Repellent has a huge market potential. Research and development of environment-friendly and high-efficiency plant-originated repellents seem to be necessary. At the same time, test method and evaluation standard for repellent need to be established or revised.
