摘要
郑徐客运专线CRTSⅢ型板式无碴轨道工程中对轨道结构进行了全面优化,无碴轨道中的充填层自密实混凝土施工是轨道结构中重要的组成部分。根据CRTSⅢ型板式无碴轨道自密实混凝土的设计特点,从原材料选择和质量控制出发,不断优化配合比,并通过符合现场实际的工艺性试验,综合考虑自密实混凝土自身性能和轨道板上浮因素,拌制出符合要求的混凝土,并总结出CRTSⅢ型板式无碴轨道中自密实混凝土的施工关键技术。
The track structure of CRTS III slab ballastless track of Zheng-Xu Passenger Dedicated Line is fully optimized. The construction of self-compacting concrete in the ballastless track becomes the most important part of the track structure. According to the design characteristics of CRTS III slab ballastless track self-compacting concrete, from the selection of raw materials and quality control, the optimization of the mix ratio was carried out.
