摘要
随着我国交通事业的迅速发展,高速公路桥梁建设也规越来越大模建设,为节约资源,复合式桥面铺装成为主流,且桥面沥青铺装层设计越来越薄,对桥面土整体化层的施工质量及平整度要求越来越高。良好的平整度不仅可满足良好的行车舒适度,也可减小汽车轮载对桥面铺装的振动冲击作用,防止面层沥青层过早出现坑槽、松散破坏。关门岭二号大桥桥面整体化层采用悬架滚筒提浆整平机全自动化机械设备整平施工,大幅降低劳动强度,提高施工效率,取得良好的经济、社会效益,为复合式桥面铺装层中的混凝土整体化层施工提供技术支持和工艺方面的参考。
