现今,我国建筑行业呈现出的发展势头非常迅猛。在如此形势下,建筑市场面临严峻的挑战,即在激烈的市场环境中如何确保房屋建筑的质量符合规范标准。一旦房屋建筑单位不顾房屋建筑质量而一味追求利益最大化,所引起的后果危害将非常大。为此,先简要分析房屋建筑质量问题,再就这些问题该如何防范提出几点建议,以期望借此为建筑行业的发展奠定良好基础。

Nowadays, the construction industry of our country is showing a very fast development momentum, m sucn a situation, the construction market is also facing a severe challenge, namely, in the fierce market environment, how to ensure the quality of housing construction in line with regulatory standards. Once the housing construction units in vain to the quality of housing construction and blindly pursue the interests of the maximum, then the consequences of the harm will be very large.In this paper, the author briefly analyzes the quality of housing construction, and then puts forward some suggestions on how to prevent these problems, hoping to lay a good foundation for the development of construction industry.
