浙江与沿海省份海洋渔业产业效率比较研究

A comparative study on the efficiency of marine fishery industry in Zhejiang and coastal provinces

本文运用DEA数据包络分析的BCC模型,对2001-2010年浙江与沿海省份海洋渔业的综合效率、纯技术效率和规模效益进行了测度和比较。研究结果表明,浙江省海洋渔业效率在沿海省份中处于领先地位,并且效率值在逐年提高。结合研究结论为提高浙江省海洋渔业效率提出了合理调整企业规模、提高人力资源水平、合理控制资产负债率以及加快国有企业改革等政策建议。

Using the BCC model based on DEA model, this paper measures and compares the technical efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of Marine Fisheries in Zhejiang and coastal provinces in 2001-2010.The results show that the efficiency of marine fishery in Zhejiang province is in the leading position in the coastal provinces, and the efficiency value is increasing year by year. According to the conclusion, this paper gives suggestions including reasonable adjusting enterprise size,improving the level of human resources,reasonable controlling asset liability ratio and accelerating the reform of state owned enterprises.
