摘要
本文基于DEA-Malmquist指数法,测算了2010-2014年我国绿色创新效率并分析其地区差异。研究表明:2010-2014年间,我国工业绿色创新总体上是相对有效的,呈现出先上升后下降的趋势;绿色创新效率均值最高的省(区、市)是北京市,最低的是海南省。八大经济区中,东部沿海经济区绿色创新效率最高,南部沿海经济区最低,区域差异明显。
This paper estimates the efficiency of green innovation in China during 2010-2014 and analyzes the regional differences,based on the DEA-Malmquist index method. Research shows that: China's industrial green innovation is relatively effective, showing a downward trend after the first rise; green innovation efficiency mean highest province(area, city) is the city of Beijing, the lowest in Hainan province.In the eight economic zones,the green innovation efficiency of the eastern coastal economic zone is the highest, the southern coastal economic zone is the lowest, and the regional difference is obvious.
