摘要
在我国市场经济快速发展的背景下,由于长期受旧有经济体制的影响,公立医院人事制度的改革和发展速度相对滞后,这很大程度上影响了医院的整体发展和医疗卫生事业的进步。因此,在医院人事管理中建立科学、长效的激励机制,激活公立医院人员的工作动力,完成从行政化到职业化的角色转化,将成为公立医院人事制度改革的重中之重。
Under the background of rapid development of market economy in China, the reform and development of personnel system in public hospitals is lagging behind due to the long-term impact of the old economic system,which greatly affects the overall development of hospitals and the progress of medical and health care. Therefore,the establishment of scientific and long-term incentive mechanism in the hospital personnel management, activation of public hospital staff motivation to complete the transition from administrative to professional role, will become the public hospital personnel system reform of the top priority.
