摘要
日益激烈的市场竞争对营销人才提出了更高的要求,而高等院校使用的营销人才培养模式大多是一种立足于宏观的"通才"培养模式,并不能满足各行各业对营销人才的要求,尤其是技术密集型的企业,由此导致了近年来市场营销人才供需的不平衡。本文立足于行业角度,结合多年的教学经验,探索出新的市场营销人才培养模式——行业性市场营销人才培养模式,希望能够帮助解决当前市场营销人才供需不平衡的问题。
Marketing talents were put forward higher requirements with the increasingly fierce competition in the market. However, marketing training model used by most colleges and universities based on a macro "generalist" training model, and can not meet the requirements of all walks of life for marketing professionals, especially in technology-intensive companies, thus resulting in an imbalance of supply and demand for marketing professionals in recent years. This artical is based on the industry point of view, combined with years of teaching experience,to explore new marketing talents training model-the industry of marketing talent training model, hoping to help resolve the problem that the imbalance of current marketing talent supply and demand.
