基于PEST分析法的电视行业市场环境分析

摘要 全球电视市场已趋于饱和,中国电视厂商在与日本、韩国同行的竞争中正面临着巨大地挑战,如何在市场竞争中获得优势,扩大中国厂商在全球电视市场的份额及话语权,并主动引导未来电视行业的发展,是该行业相关人员必须要正视和面对的问题。本文应用PEST分析方法,对中国电视厂商所处的行业环境,产业链价值等进行分析,就如何提高中国电视厂商的市场占有率给出建议。 The global TV sets market tends to saturated. Chinese TV manufactures are facing big challenges in this industrial competition with Japan and South Korea. How to place ourselves in a leading position in the competition, how to enlarge the market share, how to hold the right to speak, how to lead the development in the TV industry in the future, these are questions we need to answer and with solutions. Using PEST analysis method, this paper analyzes the Chinese TV manufactures industrial environment and industrial chains. Based on this analysis, we proposed solutions to extend market shares for Chinese TV manufactures.
