新常态下经济发展面临着新的转型,为企业经济的发展提供新的契机。企业的发展不仅需要智力支持,而且还需求精神动力,企业思想政治教育经济价值以不同的形式展现出来,内涵丰富,其中既有经济价值的内在驱动,又有经济常态化下企业思想政治教育的时代诉求,因而通过探析企业思想政治教育经济价值形式,寻求企业发展的内在动力和文化"软实力"建设的路径,以期企业经济实现健康、积极、稳定的发展。
