我国互联网金融政策文本量化分析

The Quantitative Analysis of Internet Finance Policy Text of China

选取2011年至今的我国互联网金融政策文本为研究对象,运用总分总的分析框架,从政策的总体发展趋势、主体、主题等方面进行量化分析,对我国互联网金融政策的发展脉络进行梳理,总结出我国互联网金融政策与我国的经济结构调整相适应、创新源于一线、我国互联网金融政策恰逢其时等结论;同时结合现有的政策对监管层、互联网金融主体、互联网金融从业人员以及互联网金融服务对象提出了几点建议。

Based on the Internet finance policy text since 2011 as the object of study, the purpose of quantitative analysis is to comb the Internet finance policy, and the application of ＂General-DevideGeneral＂ in policy analysis is helpful to clarify development context of policy. From the policy of the overall development trend, subject, theme and other aspects of quantitative analysis, several conclusions can be drawn. Firstly, the Internet finance policy of China is fit with the adjustment of economic structure. Secondly, innovation always originated from local government departments. Finally, the Internet finance policy is just in time. Meanwhile, combining with existing policies, some suggestions are put forward on the supervision level, the main body of the Internet finance, the Internet finance employees as well as the service object of the Internet finance.
