摘要
为解决防火涂料无隔热功能的问题,在双组分无溶剂环氧防火涂料的基础上,分别选用双酚A型环氧树脂、聚氨酯改性环氧树脂、酚醛环氧树脂、有机硅改性环氧树脂以及聚酰胺类固化剂作为膨胀型防火隔热涂层的成膜物。对样品进行常温导热系数、模拟火灾条件下的烟释放性能、热释放性能、纤维素火模拟钢梁的防火性能、烃类火隔热性能的测试。试验数据表明:选用有机硅改性环氧树脂作为膨胀型隔热防火涂料的基体树脂,涂层常温下导热系数最小,烟释放性能和热释放性能最低,膨胀碳层均匀致密,防火性能最优。经全项性能测试,满足GB 14907—2002中室外薄型钢结构防火涂料的各项指标要求。
Traditional intumescent flame retardant coatings didn't have the thermal insulation function, which had restrict the application of the coatings. Based on the two-component solvent -free epoxy flame retardant coatings, various matrix resins including biphenyl A type epoxy resin, urethane-modified epoxy resin, phenolic modified epoxy resin and silicone-modified epoxy resin were selected and polyamide was used as the curing agency. The prepared intumescent flame retardant thermal insulation coatings were investigated in terms of thermal conductivity, smoking generation, heat release, fire performance under cellulose fire, thermal insulation under hydrocarbon fire. The results showed that the thermal insulation intumescent flame retardant coatings comprising silicone-modified epoxy resin as matrix resin exhibited lower thermal conductivity, smoking generation and heat release, meanwhile, showed uniform and dense residual char layer and good fire retardant performance, which met the requirements of the standard GB 14907--2002 for outdoor thin-film fire retardant coatings for steel structures.
