摘要
利用乳胶胶束的包裹作用,在水相中将双酚A环氧二丙烯酸酯与丙烯酸酯单体混合物束缚其内。通过乳液聚合实现两相在水相体系中的有效共聚,得到环氧改性丙烯酸树脂的复合乳胶。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、热重分析(TGA)、粒径分析(DLS)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)等对所制备的复合乳胶进行了表征,并测试了涂膜的力学性能、极化曲线。结果表明:乳胶粒子呈均匀的球形;当双酚A环氧二丙烯酸酯用量为整体复合树脂质量的5%时,涂膜的力学性能、热稳定性和耐腐蚀性均较优异,可较广泛应用于金属防护等领域。
In this paper, hybrid latexes based on epoxy-modified acrylate resin were prepared and characterized. At first, epoxy acrylate and acrylic monomers were mixed and bound in the micells in aqueous media, and then the hybrid latexes based on epoxy-modified acrylate resin were obtained by emulsion polymerization. The prepared hybrid latexes were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrum (FT-IR) , mechanical testing, polariza- tion curves, thermal gravimetrie analysis (TGA) , scanning electron microscopy (SEM), par- ticle size analysis, and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) methods. The results showed that the hybrid latex particles presented globular morphology. And the properties (e.g., mechanical, thermal stability and corrosion resistance) of the epoxycrylate hybrid latexes achieved the best when the content of epoxy acrylate component was at 5%. The prepared hybrid latex was useful for metal protection.
