脂环族环氧丙烯酸酯改性丙烯酸酯乳液的合成及性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 以脂环族环氧树脂代替双酚A型环氧树脂合成了一种脂环族环氧丙烯酸酯,并以其作为功能单体参与丙烯酸类单体共聚,制备出了一种环氧改性丙烯酸酯乳液。通过傅里叶红外(FT-IR)、热重分析(TG)和交流阻抗谱(EIS)等对乳液以及涂膜性能进行表征;同时考察了不同环氧树脂类型以及添加量等因素对乳液及涂膜的性能影响。结果表明:采用阴离子/非离子乳化剂复配乳化剂体系,引发剂用量为0.62%(以单体总质量计),以预乳化的方式添加质量分数为2.5%的脂环族环氧丙烯酸酯时制备的乳液呈白色泛蓝光,平均粒径为100 nm,并具有良好的贮存稳定性。 An epoxy modified acrylate emulsion was synthesized with cycloaliphatic epoxy acrylate as functional monomer prepared from cycloaliphatic epoxy as a substitute of bisphenol A epoxy. The product was characterized by FT-IR, TG and EIS. The influences of different epoxy and dosage on emulsion were also discussed. The results indicated that the epoxy modi- fied acrylate emulsion with its particle size of 100 nm presented white with blue phase and had good storage stability when using anionic/nonionic complex emulsifier system, meanwhile, the amount of initiator was 0. 25% based on total weight of monomers and the cycloaliphatic epoxy acrylate was 2. 5% added via pre-emulsifying method.
