摘要
针对陆丰13-2DPP平台生产分离器的内部腐蚀情况,分析了其腐蚀机理。通过采取筛选缓蚀剂、定期加注杀菌剂、修复防腐涂层和重新设计安装铝合金阳极等对策,有效抑制了生产分离器的腐蚀。
The corrosion mechanism of production separator was analyzed according to the internal corrosion of Lufeng 13-2 production separator. Through the selection of corrosion inhibitor, regular addition of fungicide, repair of anticorrosive coating and reinstallation of aluminum anode, the corrosion of production separator has been inhibited greatly.
