摘要 根据翼帆空气动力学特性和受力分析结果,设计并搭建翼帆回转液压实验台。通过将复杂变化的随机风扰动抽象简化为简单、规则的集中信号波的形式,并将其换算成风阻力矩模拟数值信号波,输入到翼帆回转实验台的扭矩加载器中,最终得到了液压系统中各个扰动信号对应的多组液压特性曲线,进而得出风阻力矩扰动信号对翼帆回转的影响结论。为翼帆回转机构及其液压驱动系统设计和实船应用奠定实验研究基础。 According to the aerodynamic characteristics and force analysis of the wing-sail, a slewing hydraulic experimental table is designed and established. The complex disturbance of random wind is simplified to regular signals, which are input into the torque loading device in the experimental table. The hydraulic features of the random wind disturbance signals are obtained and in turn the conclusion of effect of the random wind disturbance signals is drawn. The study for the design and the application onboard of the wing-sail slewing system and its hydraulic driving system.
