摘要
核反应堆冷却剂泵作为核电站的关键部件为核岛提供冷却剂,为了避免冷却剂泵线圈腐蚀,应将电机定子和转子在装配时进行封装,与冷却剂隔离。电机定子加工、装配质量对核反应堆冷却剂泵的正常工作具有直接影响。为了提高定子装配、封装质量,延长冷却剂泵的使用寿命,研究了定子组件装配液压系统,并基于AMESim软件对系统压力、位移等特性进行仿真分析。该研究对定子组件装配液压系统设计具有一定的指导意义。
The nuclear reactor coolant pump is one of the key components in nuclear power plants, to provide the refrigerant for the nuclear island. In order to avoid the corrosion of the coolant pump coil, the motor stator and rotor should be encapsulated in the assembly, to be separated from the coolant. The machining and assembling quality of the motor stator has a direct influence on the normal operation of the nuclear reactor coolant pump. In order to improve the stator assembly and package quality, prolong the service life of the coolant pump, the hydraulic system of stator assembly is studied, and the simulation analysis for the system pressure, displacement and so on is carried out based on the software AMESim. This research has a certain directive significance to the design of the hydraulic system for the assembly of the stator assembly.
