摘要
介绍了国内外合成橡胶产能过剩的形势,指出了国内合成橡胶产品在高性能化、牌号的精细化以及新建装置的技术更新等方面与国外公司的差距。总结了中国石油石油化工研究院和兰州石化公司在乳聚丁苯橡胶和丁腈橡胶技术及产品开发方面注重平台技术、进行系列化和定制化研发的工作成果。对合成橡胶产业的后市发展做出预测并提出了应对策略。
The situation of excess production ca- pacity of synthetic rubber at home and abroad was introduced, and the gaps between domestic and foreign synthetic rubber products in high perform- ance, product grades differentiation and technology updating of new plants were given. The research and development of platform technology, grades serializa- tion and customization of emulsion polymerizedstyrene-butadiene rubber and nitrile rubber in Petro- chemical Research Institute and Lanzhou Petroche- mical Company of PetroChina were summarized. The future market of synthetic rubber was forecasted and the related countermeasure was put forward.
