摘要
研究了预硫化丁基橡胶对天然橡胶/丁基橡胶复合材料性能的影响。结果表明,与丁基橡胶未经预硫化的天然橡胶/丁基橡胶复合材料相比,由于交联网络结构得到完善,预硫化天然橡胶/丁基橡胶复合材料的硫化最大转矩提高,拉伸强度、扯断伸长率和撕裂强度大幅度增加;天然橡胶与丁基橡胶的并用质量比为70/30时,复合材料的拉伸强度增至7.9 MPa,提高了61%,撕裂强度提高了33%。丁基橡胶经过预硫化后,天然橡胶/丁基橡胶复合材料两相的分散效果得到明显改善,玻璃化转变温度升高;同时,预硫化对于复合材料阻尼性能的影响则与丁基橡胶的共混比相关。
The effects of pre-vulcanization of isobutylene- isoprene rubber(IIR) on properties of natural rubber( NR)/ IIR composites were investigated. The results showed that maximum torque of NR/pre-vulcanized fIR composite was in- creased and tensile strength, elongation at break and tear strength were enhanced significantly because the crosslink network structure was improved compared with those of NR/ not pre-vnlcanized IIR composite. The tensile strength in- creased to 7.9 MPa by 61% and tear strength increased by33% as the mass ratio of NR to IIR was 70/30. Through pre- vulcanization, two-phase dispersion of NR/IIR composite was significantly improved, the glass transition temperature in- creased. Also damping properties of NR/pre-vuleanized IIR composite were related to the ratio of IIR to NR.
